Reading Tutoring
Individualized reading support focused on skill building and confidence
Reading challenges can impact academic performance, independence, and self confidence. Tutoring sessions are individualized and grounded in evidence based reading instruction to support meaningful growth.
Reading tutoring may support:
Phonics and decoding
Reading fluency and comprehension
Functional reading for daily life such as instructions, schedules, and school materials
Confidence and independence with reading tasks
Sessions are tailored to each child’s goals and are provided virtually or in person.

This consultation provides time to:
Discuss current concerns and strengths
Clarify goals for the child
Determine whether tutoring is the right next step
Mindfulness and Regulation Skills Training
For youth ages 10 and older
This service supports youth in building skills for emotional regulation, focus, and stress management. Sessions are skill based and practical, with an emphasis on understanding body and brain responses and applying tools in daily life.
Skills may include:
Recognizing emotional and body cues
Calming the nervous system
Improving focus and attention
Managing stress and big emotions
Using self regulation strategies at school and at home
Sessions are provided one to one and may be offered virtually or in person.
* This service is not therapy and is intended for youth who are able to engage in reflective skill building.

Parenting Lab Online Community
Education and support for parents and caregivers navigating behavior, routines, and regulation
The parent community provides ongoing education and practical tools for caregivers who want support understanding behavior, brain development, and emotional regulation.
Membership includes:
Prerecorded trainings accessible anytime
Optional live group coaching and Q&A sessions
Brain based strategies for behavior and routines
Tools to support stress management and caregiver well- being
This space is designed to be practical, supportive, and realistic for busy families.
CLTS Waiver Services
Skill based supports for independence, daily living, and family functioning
Several services are available through the Children’s Long Term Support Waiver Program. These services must be initiated through a CLTS referral or social worker. Families are not able to self-refer directly to begin CLTS services.

How do I schedule tutoring?
Simply select your preferred time for your 15-minute consultation here.
What does mindfulness skills training include?
Mindfulness and regulation skills training sessions are for ages 10+. These sessions provide your child with active practice of skills and techniques to use in their everyday life to decrease their levels of stress, providing them will coping strategies to use.
Are sessions online?
Yes, virtual sessions are available along with in-person sessions.

We offer a free consultation to go over your goals and to see if we are a good fit to work together!
